Alcohol is the least expensive drug in the world. That's why it is one of the biggest problems. Most teenagers drink when they're with a group of friends and can't find anything better to do. For others drinking is just peer pressure. Some teenagers think drinking helps to relax and forget the stress and personal family problems. This video was done with the aim of being presented as an introduction to the topic " Unhealthy living ".

e) What feelings did the song arouse in you?
I NEED TO WAKE UP
Have I been sleeping?
I´ve been so ( 1 ) __________
Afraid of crumbling
Have I been careless?
Dismissing all the distant rumblings
Take me where I`m supposed to ( 2 ) __________
To comprehend the things that I can`t ( 3 ) __________
´Cause I need to move
I need to wake up
I need to ( 4 ) __________
I need to shake up
I need to speak out
Something`s got to break up
I`ve been ( 5 ) __________
And I need to wake up
Now.
And as a child
I danced like it was 1999
My dreams were ( 6 ) __________
The promise of this new world
Would be mine
Now I am throwing off the carelessness of ( 7 ) __________
To listen to an inconvenient truth
That I need to move
I need to wake up
I need to ( 8 ) __________
I need to shake up
I need to speak out
Something`s got to break up
I`ve been ( 9 ) __________
And I need to wake up
Now
I am not an island
I am not ( 10 ) __________
I am my intentions
Trapped here in this flesh and bone
And I need to move
I need to wake up
I need to ( 11 ) __________
I need to shake up
I need to speak out
Something`s got to break up
I`ve been ( 12 ) __________
And I need to wake up
Now.

CHANGES ( PART II )
As I said in part I things are changing. When I was a child I wasn´t used with the following expressions: pollution, climate change, acid rain, grenhouse effect, deforestation.... Unfortunately they are so common today. Things are changing for worse in what concerns the environment. Our planet is ill and we all have the obligation to help preserve it. If we want to survive we must save it.

CHANGES... ( Part I )
When I was a student I wasn´t supposed to use a computer because I didn`t have it at home or at school. In our classes some teachers used to project transparencies perhaps once a month. It was a party for us. Today teaching has changed a lot. If I want to succeed as a teacher the use of transparencies won`t be enough. If I want to motivate my pupils I must accept the changes brought by the new technologies. I need to use the new tools. That`s why I am here, that`s why this blog was born, because everything is changing... and I must keep alive.
